A decent day with an...

Liked: We loved the breakfast and balcony view.
Disliked: The fire alarm went off multiple times in our stay and woke me up. It was scary. The room itself was not very clean and it had visible staining in the shower. This was not the best pick for my birthday.

My staff was very disappointing....

Liked: The breakfast was mediocre. The pancakes were rubber. They are short staff and only 1 Chef for breakfast. The location was okay not too bad someone truck had a busted window in the parking lot .
Disliked: Need a new pull out sofa. You were sleeping on the springs. Also. bedding need to be updated.

Nothing

Disliked: Cars was getting broken into security wasn’t on the job like they should’ve housekeeping was terrible.

Liked: The actual property was great !
Disliked: Loved the property but some of the staff was a little rude. Also they kept calling us saying we were loud and getting complaints when it was the room next to us and across from us having a party. We got fed up with the calls so we went down to complain and got some push back

Superb

Liked: The staff was excellent and very professional!! The rooms were a very nice size, and comfortable!
Disliked: The facility ran low or out of towels for the rooms. The front desk was understaffed for the weekend, but the ones that were there were very helpful. Other than that it was a enjoyable stay!!

Overall, my experience was positive...

Liked: The breakfast was delicious and most of the staff was super sweet.
Disliked: My room wasn't ready when I tried to check in after 3 pm. I came back 1.5 hours later and my room still had to be checked to see if it was ready. The happy hour was too crowded, there was no food left, and the bartender had an attitude.
