Worse experience I’ve had

Liked: This was a horrible trip
Disliked: Trash was not emptied , never got clean sheets , never got clean towels water pressure was low in the shower

If it wasn't for the...

Liked: The GM was nice and validated our concerns. Asia was also amazing and immediately started working our issues when we brought them to her.
Disliked: 1. Asked on booking.com not to have down pillows because I am horribly allergic. Booking sent me an email telling me to also call the property so I did and talked to someone to make sure they knew. Down pillows were in the room when we arrived. Asked the front desk to deal with it and they said they would be up to change it out. They showed me there was no notes on my reservation. We came back to the room at 11 and the pillows were still there. Wife had to throw the pillows out in the hallway. Was up until 3 coughing and hacking. We left the next morning for breakfast and the pillows were still outside our door.2. Moved to a new room and there was no toilet paper. My wife asked the front desk for some since I was stuck on the toilet and an hour after asking a half a roll was brought. I was on the toilet waiting for it the whole time. The next day we ran out and had to go to target and buy some since housekeeping didn't replace it.3. The "upgraded" room that they moved us to was a down grade. Not fully cleaned (had a half drunk bottle of vodka in the closet). Not a full amount of towels for two people. Didn't have toilet paper. Door handle was broken and needed servicing. Main door had a broken secondary lock. Holes in the walls. And one of the chairs was missing parts and couldn't be sat in without rocking.4. We brought up our concerns to the night shift front desk and nothing happened. We brought up the concerns to the assistant GM and nothing happened. It took us talking to the GM for anything to happen and it wasn't until the last day of our trip that we were able to talk to him. So four days before resolutions.5. We saw no housekeeping. Wife had to go and track them down for body wash. The GM literally had to clean and dry towels and bring them to our room because we had nothing from house keeping. Never once had the room reset.6.

Disliked: Someone stole my wallet, never seen house keeping no fresh towels the whole stay, called front desk no one came, house keeping no one came, tv remote doesn't work in bedroom, called front desk no one came... just a horrified experience, asked for balcony none available

Overall, stay was okay .

Liked: Location was great . A lot of stores and restaurants were just walking distance .
Disliked: First room I chose through the Hilton app was dirty upon entering. There were stains on the couch , what appeared to be dried blood stains on the bathroom floor , and the bed did not have a fitted sheet . There were just two regular sheets . The pillows were dirty and dingy. Our next room was better but sheets still had multiple stains on them. We were unable to receive towels upon request. There was a wait each time and had to wait the next day. I was also unaware of a fee to park at the hotel until after my visit was over. We attempted breakfast but the “ buffet “ was out of food by the time we made it and there was no refilling of the items.

Liked: the area was nice people that worked there was nice and overall my kids loved the inside pool
Disliked: When my family and I walked into the room it looked dirty to the point where one of the workers seen it and she stated let me go in first and she looked and was doing a little bit of cleaning

Looks are deceiving.

Liked: The location was great, in walking distance to a cute outdoor mall with a good variety of restaurants. The size of the rooms were large.
Disliked: The rooms were not equipped with what was needed. There was only 3 towels for a room that sleeps 6. There were no sheets, blankets or pillows for the pull out couch. The couch was covered in stains. The lady that was working the front desk that night was not helpful with trying to get the things we needed to be comfortable. The breakfast was not as great as it states. They ran out of food and did not replenish what was out and we went to eat an hour after it had opened. When asked if there was going to be more the lady said she had no idea.
