Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Centennial Park, Atlanta

I have spent years staying at the Embassy and I love this hotel! You miss out on the beauty and great steak if you stay anywhere else!

Steps away from Phillips Arena. We had a great time. Room was great, breakfast was fantastic and the staff was super helpful, especially when we needed pizza at 1 am!

We have stayed at this Embassy Suites several times and love it. The location cannot be beat and the suites are always roomy, clean, and appointed with just what we need. The entire staff is friendly and attentive, including the valet service which was speedy. We will definitely stay here again.

Liked: Ruth’s Chris crabcakes were fantastic. Our room smelt really good. 2 TVs were on when we came in w/ a personalized welcome message on screen, very nice. And the proximity to walk out of Ruth’s Chris through the lovely park and across the street to the aquarium was wonderful. And that aquarium was very special. Overall, great time and would definitely recommend.
Disliked: Valet parking was mandatory and felt very rushed to hand over car. And the room was advertised with a view of the green Park but we had a street only view. It also showed the room having a window out to the interior court, but our room was on the end of hotel, with only an exterior window. As we were leaving the breakfast buffet, I walked back to the beverage area to get a juice, but the woman promptly sent me away, saying it was one minute past breakfast time, which is understandable, but she didn’t have to have a tone about it.

Disliked: Shower was a hot mess. The floor in the shower was not level and it did not drain and was very small. The pillows were also very uncomfortable next time if I there is a next time, I will make sure I bring my own.

Liked: Complimentary breakfast and evening drink were great, the parking was secure, everything (coca cola museum, aquarium, statefarm and mercedes-benz stadium, food) was within walking distance and we didn’t feel unsafe at night. Staff was so friendly and quick to help. There was a starbucks inside the hotel.
Disliked: The bathroom was a little small but otherwise fine.
