Fraud.

Liked: They did not gave me the room I booked but still charged me more price. This is a messed up hotel. I could not able to talk to the manger aswell. This is big mess
Disliked: There is no commitment. They charged me more that what was quoted and still gave a me a single king bed. I and my family suffered that night. This is big bad hotel to stay

Liked: Beautiful, spacious and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff.Good breakfast with omelette station and plenty of options to choose from the buffet.
Disliked: The only issue was the heater in the bedroom was not able for the - 8C snowy weather. It was quite chilly.

Disliked: They couldn't provide extra towels, we book for 5 and they just provode 2 towel, when we requested more there wasn none available (this is unbelievable) they send us 3 short towels instead
