Awful experience that made me...

Liked: The room was okay
Disliked: The customer service was awful. We had the cleaning crew barge in without knocking while my wife was getting dressed. I informed the manager at the front desk and she told us we would be getting Hilton reward points and a discount on our valet parking which we received neither one. I called back to see if we were getting those things and the person on the phone said she never heard of that incident and I needed to speak with the manager that promised those things. I was extremely disappointed in the outcome.

Nice hotel great drink coupons

Liked: The room was very nice! Loved the living area that was separate from the bedroom! That you could close the door! And you have 2 TV’s and an extra sink!
Disliked: Did not like that I had to pay $30 a day for parking! Really?! That was insane!

Exceptional

Liked: Great Hotel love it room fabulous nice clean , beautiful view

Great place to stay.

Liked: I like how the breakfast was set up, you could wait for omelet or go to buffet style. Location was excellent.
Disliked: I wouldn't change anything..

Liked: Great location. Brand new hotel. Breakfast was good; the omelet station makes all the difference. If up to it, the free drink hour w/ snack spread is great.
Disliked: Valet is a rip off and forced on you if parking with Embassy. The water bottles behind the front desk is ghetto. We have to ask for water bottles? I found out halfway through reservation that I could have 2 ×16oz water bottles for being hhonors member (like most ppl are). I booked the most expensive room they offer with my hhonors, and it showed my name on room tv at check in; the bottles should be in the room! They could charge like 50 cents or 1 dollar extra per room in the actual rate and still make money off it. That was off-putting. Sofa bed for kids, like most hotels out there, was completely uncomfortable. Kids ran into our bed in middle of night each night....needless to say, we didn't sleep well the entire vacation. Pizza on top floor was okay, not worth the hype. I'VE MENTIONED A LOT HERE, BUT POSITIVES FAR OUTWEIGH THE NEGATIVES. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. Would definitely do things a bit different next time knowing what we know.
