Liked: Being so close to the Amarillo Civic Center. It was so nice, them taking our car and not having to try to find a parking space. The people were so nice; the room was so clean!
Disliked: Nothing - it was all good.

Liked: Location is perfect! The facilities are clean and new. Breakfast was amazing

Disliked: We went during a kids baseball tournament so we weren’t able to use the pool at all due to it being crowded but that wasn’t to much of a problem the kids could use it more than us

Liked: Breakfast was great, good variety. Happy Hour, good snacks and great service. Bellman was very nice. The room was clean and large. Beds were just the right softness. Rooms were quiet. The parking garage was just across the street (city owned parking).
Disliked: The only thing that was a little annoying, was the toilet was not bolted down to the floor properly. Wobbled everytime you sat down, lol.

Liked: The whole suite was gorgeous and exceeded my exceptions for being in a place like Amarillo! I wanted a safe, comfortable place to sleep before continuing our road trip, and the Embassy checked every box
Disliked: My only complaint was that a single water bottle was $6 :(

Liked: staff was nice and polite; was room was ok; free happy hour drinks were ok; the omelete for breakfast was hot and well made. the location fits our travel needs
Disliked: nice hotel but it is in need of some maintenance; back patio furniture needs an upgrade; back patio fan busted and missing blades; back patio sliding door barely works at all. beds need an upgrade (lumpy and dented where others have slept). breakfast meats were cold, like they were just put out. overall, we have stayed here everytime we pass through Amarillo and it seems that since our first time here (which was great in all aspects) till this last time, the hotel has gotten alittle worse every visit. My hope is that it's just a bad phase and will again be the best hotel in Amarillo. maybe an attentive management is needed, maybe a staff that takes pride in their jobs is needed; maybe just a reminder of what this hotel represents is needed. I look forward to coming back in the future as my travels plans develop. good luck meeting expectations.;
