We will stay here any time we are in Amarillo, TX.

Liked: Being so close to the Amarillo Civic Center. It was so nice, them taking our car and not having to try to find a parking space. The people were so nice; the room was so clean!
Disliked: Nothing - it was all good.

Wonderful-definitely will come back for...

Liked: Kate was extremely helpful and courteous.
Disliked: No tortillas for breakfast tacos and no fitted sheet for sofa bed.

Disliked: The description of the room was wrong. The description states bedroom 1: queen bed and bedroom 2: queen bed. Although both queens were in the same room with the second room being the living area.

Liked: The food was delicious.
Disliked: Staff wasn’t helpful I was in a new city with my whole family and every time I asked for something I got pushback as if I should already know. My hotel wasn’t cleaned the whole time, I had no sign asking not to clean. I asked for towels I never recieved and my phone didn’t work to even ask for amenities information. The water was leaking in walkway anytime anyone showered.

Disliked: I thought I was getting 2 bedrooms not one room with two beds. additionallly, the extra bedding for the pull out couch only had a top sheet and a blanket. no comforter, no pillow, no fitted sheet
