Liked: Being so close to the Amarillo Civic Center. It was so nice, them taking our car and not having to try to find a parking space. The people were so nice; the room was so clean!
Disliked: Nothing - it was all good.

Liked: The property was amazing! Everything about the building was beautiful. The whole place smelled like peppermint and vanilla, and my family loved our stay there.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like.

Disliked: We had a 12 hr drive, got in late and exhausted and needed to do our laundry before an event we had the next day, loaded up all the machines and none of them worked. Went to the front desk and she basically told me Google a washateria. I expect way more than that when I stay at an Embassy/Hilton. Had to leave early today to go to a washateria and get dressed in the car. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

Liked: The bar staff is friendly. The hotel is nice, clean, and safe.
Disliked: There was some confusion with me receiving check in for a previous date when I booked through a 3rd party and changed the date, but it was fixed.

Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable, especially sofa bed. Coffee in room was not good. Shower head was leaking from a few different places. Parking was a little inconvenient.
