Good but not great
Liked: Location, gym, staff
Disliked: No walk-in shower but a bathtub with a curtain instead. Parking on level 4 a bit far away and not practical with a suitcase climbing up the stairs. Despite being new it already started showing signs of deterioration in the room.

Loved this place, clean and...
Liked: Very nice and comfortable! There were plenty of things to enjoy within walking distance of the hotel. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Parking situation was not very well explained and a bit confusing. Ended up paying for valet so we didn't have to figure it out.

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: The first room was filthy. Sticky floors (bathroom and outside area of bathroom). Pubic hair between sheets on bed as well as top of a white surface in the bedroom. A medical emergency forced us to check out a day earlier. The hotels front desk personnel stated nothing could be done because we booked our stay through www.booking.comBooking.com claims they can't do anything because the hotel staff won't return their calls. As of today, I'm out over $200 because people won't do their job. To make matters worse, Booking.com has asked me to contact the hotel to get my money back. Really!

Overall nice atmosphere and great...
Liked: Front desk staff was great at accommodating me and my family. Concierge was quick and friendly. I locked myself out of my room and maintenance came quickly and was friendly as well!
Disliked: The air conditioner for our two room suite did not cool our room. Maintenance brought us a fan (which helped but was not pleasing to the eye or expected from such a nice and new hotel). Valet charged me even though I self parked. That was not okay.
