Liked: Buffet breakfast was great. Staff is great.
Disliked: Shower water was cold in the morning. The staff at the counter immediately acknowledged they are having a problem with a few rooms and that they are working to get this fixed. She immediately offered to adjust my bill. No issue with her acknowledgment and offer to make restitutions great customer service on her part.

Overall really liked the hotel...

Liked: Location was great, hotel was clean with friendly staff. The indoor pool was a huge plus for our kids. Breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: Unfortunately the hot water in our room was awful. I had to run the faucets and shower anywhere from 20-30 mins before I wanted to take a shower to get the water warm enough. I called the front desk and they sent someone up, but he told me it just took a while. We were on the 6th floor, so not sure if that had anything to do with it. We also had an issue with the valet, it took a while to get our car in the morning. I’d recommend self parking if you don’t want to wait.
