Liked: The room was very good and very spacious. The atrium was lovely to sit in and relax. The breakfast on both mornings was excellent with plenty of variety .An added bonus was the vouchers for happy hour and the snacks at this time were absolutely lovely. We will definitely stay there again

Liked: Happy I was able to check in a bit early due to my room being ready.
Disliked: I would of liked a room with a better view and the breakfast food is very cold. I was a bit shocked I've stayed at many Embassy's and their breakfast is typically top tier!

Decent but for that price...

Liked: We stayed at 3 hiltons on the trip this had the best rooms and the best breakfasts,
Disliked: very surprised at other Hiltons could get Netflix etc on TV, TV old version couldn´t do this so a little bit difficult for children. Also we had to use the sofa bed for one person and the mattress extremely old lumpy uncomfortable like TV needs updating but seems not done in a decade. If room was cheaper wouldn´t have mind but as this was the most expensive Hilton was slightly put off. Also, unlike all the other Hilton´s no coffee area downstairs to help yourself to 24/7 just coffee in the room from machines which was awful and undrinkable. No restrooms near reception or downstairs unlike other Hiltons. Also had a fire alarm evacuation at 3.15 am one morning not the hotel fault so no issue with that but for 40 minutes waiting outside in cold and no member of staff informing the guests or keeping them in the loop. There was not one member of staff available during the evacuation until people started going back in - hotel procedure needs to be better.
