Liked: The location was great only few minutes from the train station and the port. It was modern and clean.

Liked: it’s very well located betweeen the central train station, port station ( ship to Calabria) and city centre. On the way you find many restaurants and cocktail bars

Liked: The central location and the breakfast was decent, the rooms very quite, it was clean
Disliked: The first night we were put in a larger room that had very confortable bed. However i was called by the owner saying he made a mistake and to change room in the evening - it was christmas eve with my family in messina and i didn't want to change room or that somebody will move my stuff. Hwv we changed room on the 25th and the other room had a very little and unconfortable bed and the room was super cold.

Liked: We had a lovely time at this location when in Messina. The check-in went very smoothly and our stay was very pleasant. The bathroom was very modern and the room was as in picture. The breakfast was a nice cheery on top of the cake.

Liked: The accommodation is apparently bright and clean
Disliked: My room (no. 5) had an unpleasant musty smell throughout my stay. The entire b&b and room are decorated in an absolutely minimalist manner, with no carpeting and very sparse fittings. This means that every little noise throughout the premises and even in the other rooms is audible. Things were missing from the room (e.g. there was no fridge) and the mechanism to adjust the shower didn't work. There is a step in the bathroom creating two levels which is dangerous and should be clearly marked. I was initially provided with a very thin and uncomfortable single pillow. The breakfast is very limited and there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.The overall impression is that the accommodation provides an absolute minimum and makes little effort.
