We enjoyed our stay at...

Liked: The location was very good. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very good especially Francesca, extremely helpful with any of our requests or when asking for directions very friendly and courteous. An asset to this hotel.
Disliked: The pillows could have been better. Plus the ceiling in our bathroom leaked, when we phoned reception to inform them they acted quickly and it was repaired fairly quickly with no more issues. More wardrobe space would have been better.

Liked: Excellent location close to Rome metro. Ideal for shows at the Casino de Paris. Room was reasonable size for Parisian hotels. Staff friendly. Property clean and well maintained . Breakfast was simple but varied

A cosy hotel, good reception...

Liked: This is a nice hotel, in a good location. An easy walk to the main department stores etc. Three metro stations very close by and plenty of restaurants. Love that our rooms had balconies with table and chairs! Great to have a bar and best of all, the staff are the real treasure here. They are all wonderful, especially Francesca and Salome. Thank you ladies!

Liked: The breakfast was very good location was good and Francesca at reception was wonderful
Disliked: The ceiling in the bathroom leaked. We paid for an upgrade but only had a double bed but Francesca organised another room with a king bed which we were very grateful for

I will come again for...

Liked: Francisca the receptionist was very helpful and the breakfast staff were very nice , the room is clean and comfortable.
Disliked: No sound isolation in the rooms
