Liked: Hotel location is great, just few minutes walk to the metro station, behind the hotel is the city center, good and Friendly staff. Clean room.

Liked: The location is amazing, we were able to walk to most of the main tourist attractions. All of the staff were extremely nice. Hot water was available all the time. The hotel room was clean and nice.

Great Location & Value!

Liked: Great Location! Walkable to many amazing restaurants, shops, monuments, and landmarks. Loved the Balcony!
Disliked: Carpet in the rooms, Quality of Beds, Decor & Bathroom Vanity was dated.

Fine if you are prioritising...

Liked: The location is superb and the desk manager informative. There is a small lounge for waiting.
Disliked: The room was basically clean but the carpets and bedcovers did not look like they’d been properly cleaned in a long time. There was paint and plaster and ceiling board coming off in places and some tears in the wall covering near my bed. The bathroom is miniscule. The toiletries were replenished once but very basic. The loft is extremely slow and required a lot of waiting.

Disliked: The acoustic is poor, I woke up in the middle of the night with people arriving on the next bedroom talking loudly. The breakfast could be better, feel options of food only.

A fabulous hotel in a...

Liked: It was in a fantastic location, we had a free upgrade to have a room with the view as it was a celebration for my 40th birthday. They even left me a message and a box of chocolates for me. Which was a lovely touch. The hotel was very clean and staff very attentive. The room was spacey and had everything we needed. We were thankful that there were plenty of mirrors, having 4 ladies in the room they came in handy! The breakfast was lovely a nice display and plenty of choice. We would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.
