Liked: Great place to stay and was a short walk to the halls for a gig we went too. Free car park and excellent breakfast in the morning. Good value for money.

Good location, very clean, secure...

Liked: Receptionist, very pleasant & helpful on arrival. Spacious room & en-suite, (in ground floor extension at rear), quiet. Usual facilities, good blackout curtains! All very clean.
Disliked: Difficulty identifying & accessing car-park from busy main road, electric gates were closed. Heating was on but room was cold, plugged in electric convection heater (already in room). Cold in night when radiator went off. No biscuits!

Room photos give a misleading...

Liked: Chap on reception also served breakfast and was the only member of staff I encountered. He was very nice, welcoming and pleasant, and helpful when I asked for some extra milk portions for my room. He was very efficient when taking and serving the breakfasts. B&B had off street parking which although a little cramped, was locked and secure overnight. The B&B was very well located for the Molineux stadium where I was visiting the following day.
Disliked: The photos on the booking.com site for this property give a misleading impression about the rooms. In all the photos there are colourful flowers, colourful bedspreads and decoration in the rooms. However my room was bland and beige, small, colourless and lacking any attractive features. It was a single room so maybe that is why, and maybe the double rooms are those which are decorated nicely? The room was also cold and I slept with my hoodie and socks on over my pyjamas. The milk capsules provided with the tea and coffee making facility were whole/full fat milk which is unusual as they are normally semi-skimmed.

Would definitely stay again
