Perfect for what we needed

Liked: Spacious rooms and beautiful design of where rooms were situated. Comfy bed. Hot water. Clean.
Disliked: Not a dislike, just a little dated, but price reflected this.

Disappointing

Disliked: Curtains in room were partially detached from rail, we were only supplied with 2 towels despite 4 people staying in room, insufficient glasses, shampoo and conditioner in room, was amended once speaking to reception…. Attempted to call reception 3days prior to arrival …. Left message, return call came through 1 hour prior to arrival, had to leave message again, no reply came through

Putrid

Disliked: The room smelt like urine the spa didn’t work the taps leaked black stuff and the bath had mould and algae growing and flaking off the owner didn’t offer me a discount he gave me a new room key that had ppl in it then proceeded to try and down grade my room next to very troubled ppl that clearly live there the place is over ran with drug addicts none of the facilities work go to the bug4 at least they have a pool

Passable

Disliked: The first night the police were called on other people staying there and then on the same night at 2am there was someone smashing glass, doing burnouts in the carpark, people yelling and carrying on and the police attended again. The hotel wasn’t clean, all of the dishes were dirty, the fridge didn’t work properly, the doona on the bed was dirty with stains. Unfortunately we will not be coming back again. There was rubbish around the outside of the motel a trailer full of junk it looked like a dumping ground
