Very disappointed

Liked: Was not very clean, bedding was as filthy, tv did not work. Curtains hanging off the tracks, bathroom sink filthy with hair and grime.

Liked: Location to where we needed to get to over the weekend in Melbourne.
Disliked: Very dated property in need of a lot of maintenance and TLC. Railing falling off in shower recess, no lock on bathroom door. Very dark room. Windows were filthy and curtains desperately need replacing. Room could do with a good clean.

Liked: Location good...Clean ,comfortable beds...Shower fantastic...TV v.good...
Disliked: No toilet paper left in the bathroom..No tea towels...Tea & coffee ... not enoughNot enough soap and shampoo...Very dark, dingy decor..Terrible smell entering area near our room..like drains or dead animal.Numbers falling off , directing you to rooms.Needs a lot of maintenance...

Think twice about staying, and...

Liked: The photos on Booking.com bear no resemblance to the rooms. While the rooms were clean, they were very dated. The bathroom tap ware had grey grease like substance leaking from around it. The bed quilt had holes and blood stains on it, and the blanket had holes. The door had an insubstantial lock on it and no chain that you could use as added protection. We put the 2 seater lounge across the door each night for safety. There were very suspicious people lurking around the carpark at night. I messaged my concerns to the manager and received no response.

Liked: The distance from the road.
Disliked: It was very outdated, underlay on the bed was on upside down and had stains on it, freezer was full of ice and a melted icy pole inside , very dull lighting, no extra pillows, no tea towels or hand towels, room was tidy but not cleaned properly.
