Liked: Clean and quiet,so quiet we thought there wasnt many other guests there but there was.friendly staff and value for money,breakfast an added bonus

Liked: I did not stay at the Elsinore Hotel as it was closed and was moved to the Iris a little further along the promenade, so this review is for my stay at Iris Hotel. Lovely helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: A small chip on the milk jug on 2 days, however on the Saturday metal jugs were used. Bringing my scrambled eggs and toast whilst still eating my cereal so it was not as hot as I would like. No internet in bedrooms.

Liked: Sea view. Clean. Nice staff.
Disliked: No lift. I have limited mobility and had to climb 6 flights of stairs to get to my room. Was transfered to another hotel after 2 nights as elsinore was closing due to refurbishment. Found out by note pushed under the door.
