The bed was sooooooo squeaky I couldn't sleep for fear of waking up the next room, as every slight movement made this bed creak and squeak. Also, very small bathroom for the price. The room could have been more modern, but you pay for the close location to the train station and underground.

Disliked: Not very welcoming at all’ the man was opviously overstressed at the reception desk!The reception desk is very tiny!The bedroom was very tiny and outdated, ( so is that hotel) very dark, the tiny tiny bathroom is the size of toilet, terrible curtain shower, noisy flushThe bed was fine, and you are able to have a cup of tea, however the kettle does not fit under the tap…..Noisy too, other guests banging doors….I will not stay there again’ the Winchester hotel a few houses down is SO much better

Liked: The hotel has a 24/7 reception desk and is conveniently located very close to both the tube and train stations. The price is reasonable considering the facilities offered (a room with three beds and a private bathroom) and the central location. It’s a good option for a group of friends looking for an affordable, short stay in a central area of London.
Disliked: The beds weren’t very comfortable, and they didn’t appear to be particularly clean, though I can’t say for sure. Perhaps other guests may have more insight on this. However, a major issue was the heating. Even with the heater on, it didn’t provide enough warmth, and the room remained cold throughout the night. This is something I believe the hotel should address.
