Pleasant
Liked: the bathroom is quite spacious and looks modern.Easy access to parking from the room .Breakfast was ok , good coffe
Disliked: I had a dog friendly room. Small dark room with one small window view of the parking lot and bins. AC must be on all the time because the window cannot be opened. Is ok for one or two nights stay

Comfiest bed ever
Liked: The bed was probably the comfiest bed we’ve ever slept in! Really great location, 10 min walk into the city centre. We took our dog and it’s a really dog friendly hotel and they put us on the ground floor so we could take him out to the toilet easily. Really nice bar and outside seating area. Gorgeous decor too!
Disliked: Parking was a bit of a pain, there’s only about 6 spaces for guests of the hotel otherwise you have to pay £18 for 24 hours in the school opposite. We managed to get our second night parking for free so not too bad.

it was ok, but below...
Liked: The location was amazing, the staff were nice, the bed was comfortable, the blackout curtains worked well, the area was quiet and we slept REALLY well.
Disliked: The room was small and badly designed. The furniture didn't fit well, the TV is not aligned with the bed, I wasn't expecting a basement room, and this meant the middle of the window was aligned with the pavement right outside. The room was very dark as not much daylight could get in. There was a leak under the bathroom sink. The light to the bathroom also lit up the little hallway between the bedroom and the bathroom, so it was impossible to have the bathroom light on and the bedroom in darkness. For a four-star hotel, and the price of the room I had expected better. I was going to mention a few of these things at checkout, but it was a bit rushed, and I wasn't encouraged to say if there was any problems. At the very end of checkout, the woman said "bye. I hope everything was ok with your stay".
