Can't wait to stay here...

Liked: Staff was so nice and accommodating! Hotel was quiet, clean, attached restaurant was good (ate there 2x) the rooms were clean and comfortable and overall very nice, roomy bathrooms with large all tiled shower and housekeeping was very attentive and friendly. Easy walk to convention center, metro rail and Nicollet Mall for Dining!
Disliked: I wish it had a market/store for last minute needs, we were there for a volleyball tournament and needed late/early morning food. The 2 cabinet selections don't offer enough and we had to order food delivery, which is fine, but would be more convenient to be able to go grab something more substantial from a marketplace type amenity store. Still, I will stay here again because this tiny wish means nothing compared to the overall great experience we had at this hotel.

Great hotel, good location and...

Liked: The hotel and room were beautiful, clean and well appointed. We felt fancy, especially at this price point!
Disliked: The parking in the area is not great. The attendant at the lot across the street actually discouraged us from parking overnight-said they have had break ins. We parked in a garage diagonally across the street which felt a little safer but was filthy.

Liked: Hotel lobby was very inviting and I liked the oversized towels and full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom.
Disliked: There was stuff spilled on out table that was not clean. Pillows were lumpy and flat. Long black hair on our sheets. Shower handle is broken and would barely turn off or adjust. The bed leans on one side, partner felt like she might fall off while sleeping on that side. Room 319.
