Liked: Our host Mark Anthony, yes, was so hospitable he made us feel we were the only ones staying. Very nice patio(s) a central to everything.
Disliked: We were street side so could hear traffic

Our stay at the Ellery...

Liked: First, Marc Anthony - out main point of contact was exceptional. He gave us an amazing room upgrade to a spacious room, sent us a bottle of wine while we were in the spa - and overall, he made the entire stay a highlight of our entire trip. The property is beautiful, convenient, and having access to the spa facilities really makes a HUGE difference.
Disliked: I really don't have anything to suggest as an improvement - the stay was flawless.

Great location to have some...

Liked: My room was spacious and clean. It did say it had a working fireplace which I couldn't seem to work. After a call to management, they came and had it working!
Disliked: My only complaint, which really had nothing to do the Ellery, there was a gentleman who was having a heated argument with someone on the phone. I'm not sure if he was outside or in a room, but I could hear the whole one sided conversation with F bombs flying left and right.
