Ellery Hotel Provincetown

Can’t wait to be back!

Liked: The hotel is charming, quiet, clean, everything in its place, softest towels, bright. A great deal they offer is a coupon to use at a deli next door that had wonderful sandwiches and anything you want for breakfast and more. Also, the location is unbeatable—walking distance to everything: beach, shops, food, library, bookstores, etc.

Dissapointing

Liked: Decor in lobby area.
Disliked: I found a hypodermic needle in the dresser drawer and when I told the stuff there was no real acknowledgement or follow up regarding this as requested. The TV did not work and there was no way to adjust temperature or heat in bedroom. Window was open and I had no idea as there were shutters and it rained inside the room all over our stuff so I’m guessing the cleaning staff wasn’t up to par with maintenance or cleaning. I requested towels was promised some and they were never delivered as promised.

Liked: The spa was awesome. The hot tub was great too.
Disliked: Limited parking. But it wasn't unexpected.

Liked: The property was convenient to Commercial Street and it was very welcoming and meticulous.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.

Best home feel and management...

Liked: Absolut amazing. Marc ( manager) is soooo amazing and it makes the beautiful property so much more unique and you will feel like home here . We enjoyed the spa very much. Being here in April was great because it’s quiet in Ptown. And our dog was so happy too. Best place In Ptown by far
