My first and last time...

Liked: Location
Disliked: No reception area so communication is a call to an offsite manager. Card didn’t work to open room. Second room, someone had been through it. The wait for someone to physically assist was 2 hours. One suggestion… take a friend.

Helpful staff and clean comfortable...

Liked: Lovely helpful staff. We ended up in the accessible room due to problems with our original one so it was very spacious
Disliked: Wifi wasn't the greatest and the sofa could do with being a bit more comfy. Just little things though.

Good

Liked: It was very nice clean and quite spacious. The shower was beautiful also
Disliked: Our room had a few things that needed a bit of love, the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up and it was broken, they had lamps in the room but one wasn’t working. When i hopped in the bed it felt damp/wet which was quite uncomcoftable

A good place to stay...

Liked: It had two single beds. The bathroom was tiled and clean. There was a hairdryer. The kitchen area was useful and clean. There was also a heater since it was quite cold at night.
Disliked: The staff could have been a little bit more informed about the area and slightly more friendly.
