Very good

Liked: Beautiful characteristic property rooms really warm and beautifully decorated
Disliked: Some bits in the room dusty and few little stains on the wallpaper for the cost I would expect immaculate. Also staff on front desk short with housekeeping staff quite disrespectful housekeeping just needed clarification but dismissed to tend to us which I disliked.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Ellenborough Park, we couldn’t fault anything from the room, the facilities, the food, and the staff. It was a gorgeous getaway.

Good, cosy cute weekend!

Liked: The medieval feel to it. The castle look was lovely and inside was very cute and cosy. The park grounds is lovely for walks and the everything was so nice and clean.
Disliked: The spa was too small. Once it got busy, it felt abit overcrowded. Didn’t like the fact the pool was outdoor and we had to walk in the cold to get to the spa. Was freezing!
