Liked: Nice and quiet place
Disliked: Services not up to 5 stars as claimed. Not well prepared room for what we booked. We booked a junior suite for our family with 2 children 12 and 6. We came in late and checked in at 5.30pm but the room was prepared with 2 Cot beds!!! So it took some time for them to prepare what needed. Additionally, no vanity set, no toothbrushes,etc. the bathroom is big without any toiletries for 5 Stars standard. Totally disappointed.

Gorgeous hotel

Liked: Beautiful hotel and would return again. Got an upgraded room on arrival. This was the perfect getaway only 30 minutes from the Cotswolds. The grounds were stunning and the spa facilities were small but lovely and relaxing.
Disliked: Breakfast service was slow, waited 50 mins for our food to arrive. Other than this we had absolutely no faults.

Liked: Excellent location and good staff who were well- trained and attentive to the needs of my wheelchair-bound wife.Less impressive was the absence of things one expects from a luxury hotel: small bedroom and lack of turn-down service, no offer of morning papers, paper napkins. Overall, a fabulous location and given the cost, a merely adequate experience.

Liked: The staff were so friendly and did everything to make our stay so comfortable. We will definitely be coming back.
