Disliked: Fusty smell in room

Comfortable, relaxing and came away...

Liked: The property was beautiful there’s nothing not to like everything is very tastefully done.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like.

I wouldn’t go back but...

Liked: Everyone was really nice and the bedroom was a good size.
Disliked: The spa facilities were poor and very small! The ice bath wasn’t working. The restaurant was closed because it was obviously quiet through the week. I had booked it for my boyfriend’s birthday and then we were put in the casual area which was really disappointing. The food menu for someone who is veggie was really bad. The website makes the hotel and food look amazing and 5 start but it definitely was not.

Wonderful escape in true luxury...

Liked: -lovely staff. Really nice and attentive and kind.-lots to do-loved the boot room + suggested walking routes-great food-beautiful spa-just a great experience
Disliked: -perhaps having a choice of firmer pillows. For some, soft pillows are great but it might be worth having a choice to appeal to more preferences. The fact that this is all I can think of as a negative really shows how much we enjoyed our stay.

Liked: It’s a beautiful hotel but unfortunately due to some changes in staff the hotel wasn’t quite up to it’s usual standard
Disliked: My room 25 was right above the pool generator room and a constant whirling noise was heard.
