Liked: Conveniently located, about 10-15 minutes by car to downtown Perth and to the airport. Continental breakfast provided is pretty basic, but get the job done.
Disliked: Very, very thin walls. I could hear the message notification sound from my phone in the bedroom, while I was all the way across the entire house, in the kitchen.

Disliked: Too noise kitchen and the planes are really close

Liked: Liked most things, felt relaxed and homely.
Disliked: I generally would hope for a better breakfast at a B&B. It was just toasts, jams, cereals etc. - no warm options at all (that I was aware of). I would have loved a scramble or something cooked. The facilities to cook are there, so I would suggest that even something simple like a providing some eggs for guests to fry would already be a big (and easy) improvement.
