Liked: Great location, great breakfast, great place to visit

Lovely stay, lovely staff.

Liked: The staff were lovely. They upgraded our room to a suite because it was Valentines Night and there was chocolates for us. The bed was comfy.
Disliked: The hairdryer wasn't working. There wasn't a mini fridge. Could have done with another pillow each. There wasn't a mat in the bathroom so could easily have slipped. No rail for the towels.

My stay in Douglas

Liked: This hotel was in a very good location, town centre just behind you lots of bars restaurants and shops even a bus stop outside the hotel
Disliked: I didn't like the weather because i got caught in the middle of that storm, but it didn't bother me

Comfortable and convenient at a...

Disliked: Preferred the old days when you were asked what you’d like, nowadays there’s a hot trolley help yourself which is ok but not as service oriented.

Constructive criticism.

Liked: The location and sea view. Tha friendly and accommodating staff including Sandra and the wonderful, friendly, and accommodating Polish receptionist.
Disliked: Because reception isn't always manned, I sometimes couldn't get the consumables Ineeded, like coffee and toilet and had to go out and buy these items myself. However, I would definitely stay there again.

A week on the Isle...

Liked: The room was amazing - well appointed, clean and quiet. The view of the Irish Sea was wonderful and the furniture was very comfortable. The bathroom was also well laid out. The hotel itself is very nice - two townhouses that had been combined. The location made easy access to everything including public transportation. The steam railrooad was about a 10 minute walk and there was a bus stop a short distance away to access the electric railroad. The staff were also very kind and helpful.
