Better choose another hotel…

Disliked: We came at 20:30. The door to the reception was locked. There was a telephone number to call but my sim card doesn’t have calls in it. Luckily, someone came and open a box, next to the door, with a number to unlock it that he got in the email to get his keys for late check in. I didn’t get an email from the property!!!!Other than that- the room was dirty! With cockroach…

Disappointing and would not recommend

Liked: Location was good and near facilities. The shower was strong and hot. The best part was checking out.
Disliked: The reception was dark and run down. There was dirt and rubbish on the ground leading to our room. There were no restaurant or breakfast facilities on site. The shelves and the floor of the cupboards were dusty and one even had dead insects on the floor of the main cupboard. The seal on the fridge door was peeling off.

Disliked: The room was not how it was described. There were holes in the ceiling tiles No restaurant or bar Front desk closed at 1800hrs. We left and asked for a refund. We are still following up on the refund, which we still haven't received

Liked: Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. I felt safe staying there.
Disliked: Noisy neighbours, no place to eat. Not enough parking facilities. Bed wasn't all that comfy and wi-fi was sketchy.

Liked: Central location and off street parking with a gate at night, the main reason I chose that motel.
Disliked: Decor is clean, but spartan and old. I have previously stayed there and there has been no change in 10 years.

Liked: The pool was clean and we liked the lock up parking area
Disliked: The compendium was dirty and sticky inside .one of the single beds felt like you were on springs on a better look we realised someone had made the pillow top bed upside down .when we checked in we went through the side door and I asked if there was panthlets about the area he pointed to the 1 book on reception desk we went out to get dinner later on and walked past front of reception and there was a lot of panthlets why didn't he know they were there .
