Liked: Perfect Banff downtown location if you don’t drive — right next to a supermarket and the bus stop. Spacious loft-style room with a cozy living area and dining table. The staff are helpful, and the hotel restaurant offers decent food at a good price.

Liked: We’ve stayed at this hotel once in the past and had a good experience, despite it being during peak Covid. We were excited to return. This time, we selected the same room and were given a small room, right off the main lobby and elevators and it was so incredibly noisy. You could hear every conversation with through the paper thin walls/doors. The location of the room was awful because of this.
Disliked: As above. Would potentially give it another go, if we were on a different floor.
