Liked: The hotel is near restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The toilet bowl was not cleaned properly. It was gross.

Liked: We’ve stayed at this hotel once in the past and had a good experience, despite it being during peak Covid. We were excited to return. This time, we selected the same room and were given a small room, right off the main lobby and elevators and it was so incredibly noisy. You could hear every conversation with through the paper thin walls/doors. The location of the room was awful because of this.
Disliked: As above. Would potentially give it another go, if we were on a different floor.

Disliked: Room by the lift, noisy guests and then people walking the corridor with ski boots on from 0700 which was extremely noisy
