All in all positive experience...

Liked: The hotel has been recently renovated and itts absolutely stunning! The service was incredibllle: all requests have been resolved with a smile. The family rooms are designed for maximum comfort. The hotel is located in prime location walking distance to restaurants, bars and stores
Disliked: A bit pricey since it has no pool

Liked: Great location & great staff. Comfortable beds
Disliked: I felt like the lobby was warm and welcoming but that didnt match the rooms. The room felt cold and dark . There was food/beverage on all the walls that wasn’t cleaned . I feel like the furniture (table chairs, side tables) could’ve matched the lobby better.

Had high hopes for a...

Liked: The location of this hotel is great. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The parking situation is ridiculous during busy times. Guests are expected to park a few blocks away when the parking is full (which is is during busy times. The room was extremely warm when we arrived and it didn't cool down even after turning the thermostat down. There was a hair on the sheets when I took the blankets off which is kind of off putting. I wouldn't bother staying here again due to the parking situation.
