Beautiful, centrally located hotel

Liked: The location of the hotel is stellar and the decor and ambiance is top notch!
Disliked: Mistakes happen and we can have compassion for that but we had asked the front desk to get us a taxi for 5 people, 5 hours before our departure time. 10 minutes past our departure we find out they “couldn’t get one”. If we had known this when we asked for the taxi we could have made other arrangements. We had a very expensive reservation we missed and had to be them to still take us because of this lack of communication.

100/10 stay.

Liked: The absolute best location hidden on the most charming street. We walked everywhere, there are many great restaurants and shops around. We walked to the Spanish steps daily. Impeccable service, delicious food, everyone was extremely nice and welcoming.We will definitely be back here on our next trip to Rome.
