Built in 1847 this adult-only bed and breakfast is located on historic Jones Street in Savannah just 2 minutes' walk from Forsyth Park. Guests will enjoy a deluxe breakfast and and elegantly styled guest rooms. Dingy and Dated---Disappointed

Liked: The location Also, Happy Hour was nice but there weren't enough seats
Disliked: Breakfast was mediocre and the outdoor "enclosed" room was cold-we all had to eat with our coats on, The building needs maintenance, painting and updating.

Savannah is a lovely charming...

Liked: The Eliza Thompson House is so beautiful and very charming. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas.
Disliked: I can’t think of very much that I didn’t like about the property. There were a lot of stairs going to our room so it might’ve been a problem if we had had our mother or older members of our family on the trip.

Beautiful Inn with generous amenities...

Liked: Staff was attentive and kind. House is beautiful. Very generous amenities. The wine and Hors d’Oeuvres were wonderful. Created great opportunity for community.
Disliked: Shower water was slow and irregular.

Remarkable old Inn in convenient...

Liked: Staff totally exceptional- Kendal and Charles made our stay so special- they are such an asset to the hotel. Addition of drinks before dinner was a pleasant way to meet other travellers and to celebrate a birthday with friends who travelled to meet us in Savannah. Location of hotel couldn’t have been better with a short stroll through beautiful squares to the middle of town and the riverfront. Breakfast was delicious with menu changes each morning. Room comfortable, although a/c was very noisy.
Disliked: Nothing
