Liked: Fantastic staff and service! We were a group of girls that stayed at the hotel before a wedding and we asked the staff if we could get a later check-out so we could prep in peace, and that was no problem for the staff. Very accommodating. Also good breakfast.

Loved this Hotel.

Liked: We loved this hotel. Exceeded out expectations. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Rooms very clean. Breakfast fantastic
Disliked: Would like a slightly bigger room next time.

Overall happy stay

Liked: Excellent location, beautiful exterior and friendly staff
Disliked: Some rooms allotted were too small though room tariff was almost similar.

Perfect hotel for a one-night...

Liked: Excellent location in the centre of Västerås. Comfortable beds and friendly staff. A lovely ambiance in an art nouveau-themed, older property.
Disliked: The rug in our bedroom was stained and the single beds were a little too narrow. The typical hotel breakfast was OK.
