Wonderful staying.

Liked: Everything. Room was very nice, warm and full of everything is necessary. Breakfast.. It was FANTASTIC! A real, International, breakfast (of a very high quality!). The Hotel is in a central position, perfect to search for some restaurants, shops or for doing a simple walking. Receptionists are very nice and available everytime and for every request. Thanks!

Home away from home.

Liked: Perfect location, excellent well trained staff. Very warm and welcoming staff from the hotel through to the Bishop’s Arms pub next door. It felt like a home away from home.
Disliked: Nothing to improve, the hotel is stunning!!!

Little Plaza experience

Liked: - Ali and Susan at the reception were extremely nice, very good first impression- Breakfast was godtier! Amazing selection and quality- Gorgeous building inside and outside. Red brick building, with the snowfall we felt like in little NY- Bathtub - Exclusive view from the top floor
Disliked: - Missing fridge and the max room temperature was a bit lower for my taste, off season, maybe they were conserving energy

Fantastic welcoming hotel close to...

Liked: The staff were amazing, especially front of house - they went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable one. Breakfast was mouthwatering - so much choice, everything fresh, could have stayed there all day! Rooms were comfortable and well equiped, perfect for our stay duration. Location of hotel was excellent for shopping and access to both harbour areas. Lots of good eating and drinking choices.
Disliked: Main restaurant could have been open - it was post Xmas but that would have been nice. Also, to have had both our rooms next to each other but a real minor issue.
