Liked: Clean and very friendly. Location right in the middle of Lulea. Everyone worked hard to attend breakfast.
Disliked: Breakfast selection is large, but maybe add more tables for making it more decorative. Add fried eggs.

Nice hotel in good location.

Liked: Good location, nice room. Quiet enough, even on 2nd floor there was not too much noise from street. Good staff, live music on Friday evening at hotel, very nice. Beds were good and comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately on Saturday morning not enough staff on breakfast. Many bowls empty and needed to wait long time, e.g. pancakes, coffee at some time, some other issues also. I noticed personnel did their best, but looked that there should have been more staff on kitchen and restaurant. On Sunday morning situation was better.

Comfortable Stay & Great Location

Liked: The rooms were compact but comfortable. Enough space to keep your luggage and they had 2 sofa seaters as well.The reception staff were helpful and the breakfast was good too. Ideal location with many restaurants nearby.
