Liked: The location is very good, the view from the room was spectacular. The room is very good size so is the bathroom. Ale necessary cosmetics that is always a plus. I didn't find the kettle that would also be nice and some tees or coffees My stay was super short so didn't even have time to look around for that.

Liked: The breakfast offered a good variety, and we appreciated the option to sit in different areas, such as the Bishop Arms. It was a nice touch to have the flexibility to choose a comfortable spot, adding to the overall breakfast experience.
Disliked: The breakfast selection offered a good variety, but unfortunately, the hot items – including the sausages, meatballs, and bacon – were cold. Since breakfast plays a key role in the overall guest experience, ensuring these items are served at the right temperature would greatly enhance the experience.

Liked: Clean and well situated room.
Disliked: Staff - on check in, the staff member was condescending. We could hear her colleague helping another customer and they appeared more helpful whereas the person serving us, was intolerant. I was asked to pay for my stay despite having paid on booking. However when we checked out, we had a pleasant experience with a different member of staff.
