Liked: Upon arrival after midnight on 30th October 2024 the receptionist Juaquin asked me how my journey had been. I told him it has been very difficult as I had been hoping for a meal, beer sauna and bed. Thanks to a four hour Ryanair flight delay none of this would be possible. Juaquin was very concerned about this found me a place where I could have eaten close by. As it was now 00.45hrs I was too tired but he offered to set up the sauna for me if I wanted. He then offered to make me a small sandwich. This was much appreciated and he brought it upstairs for me and directed me to the minibar where I found a beer. A great attitude to service. Well done Juaquin and I will be coming back to your hotel on my next visit.
