Disliked: Great location, very tasty breakfast. Spa and overall hotel were very nice.

Nice hotel with a good...

Liked: Loved the way they managed the breakfast on busy hours, food was nice and with a good selection. Really comfy beds. Nice shampoos/body lotions etc in the bathroom.
Disliked: The room was pretty cold - we were under blankets most of the time while being in the room (I also got an extra blanket). I was travelling with a friend but even though asked for several months before stay two separate beds, we still got one bed. We managed but it was not that comfortable.

Cold rooms in winter

Liked: The spa, Italian restaurant and your front of house agent Martin. Martin listened and changed my room for me. See details below.
Disliked: The first night my room was extremely cold. Only 18.3. I reported but was only given a space heater. As a result, I now have a terrible cold and am ill.
