Great hotel, recommend!

Liked: Comfortable room and beds. Very quiet. Amazing buffet breakfast. Gym and sauna facilities great. Staff friendly and helpful and gave us a late checkout and kept our luggage for the day as we had a late flight. We loved this hotel.
Disliked: It was all good Free access to the pool/spa would have made it perfect but i knew there was a charge involved.

Liked: The area , the hotel is nice inside
Disliked: The fact that receptionists took 2000krona or £200 from my account on the day of my check out which left me in terrible inconvenience. The hotel was not able to refund me straight away and told me I would have to wait 5 days. I asked the hotel if there was anything complimentary they could offer as it was a huge mistake made by the hotel however all they could offer me was 2 drinks which was so disheartening. If I could be offered something equivalent to the cash loss the hotel put me through I would recommend this hotel

Liked: Perfect location!

Nice hotel with big rooms

Liked: Large nice rooms, comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast, nice and helpful staff. Great facilities! The bus stop for the airport is just outside.
Disliked: Depending on the location of the rooms, it can get very nosy from the street outside which happened to us. The staff was very friendly and gave us a much quieter room.The metro is not around the corner but a 10 minute walk.

Liked: Very spacious accommodation with modern bathroom and lobby. The hotel bar and restaurants downstairs did very good food and drinks.
Disliked: The spa was almost always fully reserved and didn’t manage to use the facility. Laundry service was unavailable for weekends and Monday which is inconvenient.
