Liked: Although the initial receptionist forgot to book my picnic breakfast, the person on duty in the morning went above and beyond to fix the mistake in just a few minutes. The room was big and very comfortable, as was the bathroom. The hotel felt very luxurious asnd classy. The location was perfect, just across the street from the train and bus station. Shame we only stayed one night.

Disliked: Could use a kettle in the room, and the wifi is a bit slow sometimes. But given that there are so many guests in the hotel, its understandable
