Disliked: I got to my room to find shards of glass all over the floor, room had obviously not been hoovered or cleaned, I told the front desk and someone tried to sort it out but to be fair there was still glass on the carpet when I went back in

Liked: Breakfast was amazing which was included in our booking. Staff was fantastic even the restaurant staff was extremely friendly and well trained. Always with smiles. Food was great! Very convenient location and warm and nice, clean bathrooms with heated floors. Warm and nice, cosy rooms.
Disliked: Nothing stands out as bad at all!

Superbly central location

Liked: Excellent location just a few blocks from the train station, friendly receptionists, good ambiance, efficient (though a bit costly) laundry service. Breakfast was varied and complete. Bathroom fully equipped with a great shower head, amenities and a set of extendable mirrors.
Disliked: Single rooms are small and cramped. I found the bed to be quite uncomfortable. My room was changed three times in the search of a minibar that worked, but to no avail. I ended up buying ice bags in the nearby supermarket to chill a couple of drink cans.
