Enjoyable, but there are some...

Liked: Location, lovely hotel, good breakfast and helpful staff especially Jacob on reception.
Disliked: The heating in our room didn’t work properly, but Jacob found a heater for us that solved the problem. He did offer to move us to another room. The safe didn’t work either!

A very nice hotel.

Liked: A really nice hotel within sight of the Central Railway station. Our room seemed to be newly renovated and even had heated flooring in the bathroom. The breakfast was lovely and hot drinks and water were available for free near the lobby area. The staff were friendly and we spent an evening in the attached "British" pub which has an upper mezzanine floor which offers nice views over the waterways.
Disliked: All was good!

Great place to stay in...

Liked: A pleasant stay, conveniently located.
Disliked: Coffee was very weak, and there was no option to buy a proper espresso. The hotel is outdated. Elevator very slow.
