Liked: The room was quiet, clean. The weather was well into the minus figures making the room a tad cold despite the radiator making its best efforts to warm it. The location is ideal for a short walk to the lake and nearby pubs, restaurants and shops.
Disliked: With the weather and time of year, the town was quiet and a few of the shops and restaurants were closed, which was a shame.

Spiffing

Liked: Host was extremely kind, house and room was lovely.Situated very close to the centre of Bowness and not far at all from Windermere town. Excellent spot for travellers who want to climb peaks, see the lake or just check out the surrounding towns and villages!
