Liked: Location, Argentinean students who deliver a unique customer service, and the size of the room.
Disliked: Breakfast closes too early and it doesn’t have sausage to be perfect.

Liked: Great location, clean rooms most of the staff was friendly
Disliked: Check-in was awkward. The manager was constantly jumping on the front desk people telling them what they were doing wrong right in front of the guest

Birthday night, turned 30. Wanted...

Liked: The room was clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, although the gravy and eggs were cold. I spoke to an older lady who is a housekeeper downstairs who was very friendly, that was appreciative.
Disliked: I arrived for checkin and there was an issue with their system and the card reader. First issue was my fault, and they were able to fix that for me which I was thankful for. However, the second time I am not sure what happened… when placing my card for incidentals, it showed approved on the card reader and on my bank statement. The woman helping me said I needed to try again, because it didn’t go through. I told her that it was approved, because it was. She said “uh no, it was declined.” In a rather rude tone I will add. I then just showed her my bank statement on my phone to prove that my money was removed. She then grabbed her manager, to which the manager said she reversed the charge as she could see it went through on my end and then said “just make sure we don’t have any problems.” I am still waiting for my $150.00, I’m sure with the holidays it will be slightly delayed. Reception when I checked in was not friendly, and seemed annoyed at me about their system not working. I won’t be returning after my experience. However I hope that if others do, that this doesn’t happen to you and that reception isn’t rude.
