Nice Clean Hotel

Liked: The hotel was clean and the staff was very pleasant
Disliked: At our stay, the computers were down so the staff had to walk us up to our room everytime we would leave for an outing and return. At one point, the internet did not work either so that was an inconvenience because we had our kids traveling with us.

Nice stay.

Liked: Modern rooms with a nice layout. Bathrooms lacked ventilation.
Disliked: Outside patio had dirty tables and trash filled in the garbage pail.

Liked: Modern and nice size rooms.
Disliked: We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. One wasn't cleaned and ready until after 9pm on day of check in . We returned from wedding commitments for my niece around 12 and were able to check the second room more closely, it was very dirty. Pubic hairs in the bed, floors were sticky and generally not well cleaned. The one room was great.. My kids slept on top of the comforters because it wasn't clean. When we tried to raise this issue with the front desk, "we were told, " maybe it'll be better next time". Kind of unacceptable. Probably won't be a next time- at least if it was taken seriously or some kind of remuneration, ok. But to dismiss it altogether- not a good look.
