Liked: The location was perfect.Had all the major stores walking distance.
Disliked: Room was nice,Shower had no hot water.They made us go to a room down the hall to shower.So inconvenient.Shower walls were moldy

Liked: I thought that the hotel was very bright and the lobby smelled amazing. The staff was pleasant and inviting. The pool was also nice and it was nice to be able to swim in the winter. The room on the surface was so beautiful and bright. The kitchen area was nicely put together.
Disliked: When I walked into my room. I immediately notice crumbs on one of the bar stools. The couches had stands on them, with it already being a pet friendly hotel to me the rooms should be spotless. When I was cleaning up my stuff to leave I noticed candy wrappings behind the bed. The pool out couch was so disgusting and I had to sleep on there. There were crumbs everywhere under it. I was fearful on bedbugs because of this. You should feel comfortable at a hotel like that and I found myself cleaning after housekeeping.

Disliked: House keeper woke me up at 9am when my check out was a 12pm went twice to my room rushing me for no reason but can’t dust off tv and bed sides

Disliked: My girlfriend was awaken in the middle of the night to some woman yelling on the back patio well past quiet hours. She was supposedly there for quite sometime.
