Disliked: Very awkward lighting for bedtime reading Unusable!!! Awful design!Never informed about complimentary evening wine/cheese until observed it when leaving for dinner reservations

Liked: I don't think I've ever slept a good as I did here in any other hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable

When we visit SLU, we...

Liked: Really nice selection at breakfast. Rooms were spacious, and staff was courteous and helpful
Disliked: There isn't a microwave at the breakfast area. There is a microwave in the room, but if we wanted to heat milk for oatmeal, it wasn't possible. Not a big deal though.

I think this might be...

Liked: We liked this hotel, one of the workers was very rude and nasty to everyone she came in contact with, Kesha was her name, including our family extremely rude! The pool wasn’t working as that was our main reason for choosing this hotel bc someone let their child drown as they drinking, we heard people running around in their room the entire night keeping us awake, we got zero sleep bc of them
Disliked: Listed above!
