5 for facilities, 1 for...

Liked: I'm giving this place a 5 for facilities and a 1 for service. The infrastructure is great. Large room, nice kitchen and fridge and nice bathroom.
Disliked: You only get cleaning service on your 3rd full day. With how things are post-COVID this was not unexpected. However, the service was shocking. When we got there the duvet was NOT INSIDE the duvet cover. The entire 6 days we were there they never put it inside. They also did not leave us dish soap, sponge or dishwasher powder. On the 3rd day (the first visit) they changed our towels and that's it. The didn't make the beds, put the duvet inside the duvet cover, take out the trash, or leave anything to clean the dishes. Why wouldn't they not take out the trash??? We had a kitchen so we had lots of stuff in the trash can. On the second time they went there (only two service days for a 6 day stay), they finally did take out the trash (still didn't make the beds). However, they realized that we had run out of body wash so they took the bottle of body wash from the shower and didn't replace it. I've uploaded pictures. When they replaced the towels the first time they didn't leave us a bath mat. The didn't give us one the second time either. It was just all so weird. This is a Westin. I expected much better service than this. The staff is young and clearly not interested in helping. They were polite, but that's about it. The breakfast the first day was so bad that we went shopping for breakfast food. However, the food did get better after that first day.

Overall, the hotel was nice,...

Liked: The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of items available. The location was great as well. The suite was a good size to allow all four of us to move around, eat & had multiple seating areas.
Disliked: I was unaware of the $20 parking fee when i chose this hotel & parking was very limited at the property. Also, the room had not been cleaned well & was dirty in several areas of the room- bathroom, kitchen, etc.I did let them know about the cleanliness of the room & they did provide me a discount on the room, which I was happy about.

Liked: It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. They had coffee all the time even at night in the lobby. The rooms had a little kitchenette with all the materials.
Disliked: We didn't get a room service, during our 3 nights of straying. Their rules about room service were ridiculous.We paid 20$ per night for the parking and they didn't have a good parking lot.
