Disliked: Somebody barged in our room in the middle of the night disturbing our sleep and make us worried what on earth just happened. We were worried of our safety. We called the front desk and she told us we were not checked in?! How did that happen, when I checked in and they even gave me key cards. It turned out that it was the front desk personnel’s mistake and that they gave out another key to a guest checking in. Their mistake for not properly checking us in. They said they gave us a refund? But never received it till now. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone again. Safety of the guests should be their priority.

Liked: We loved having a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator & dishwasher. The hot tub was wonderful on a cool evening after our hikes & runs.

Disliked: Staff at desk was too businesslike, not friendly. Music at pool left on all night until we called.

It was okay but food...

Liked: The aromatherapy in the hallways, outside and in rooms. The toiletries were wonderful and the breakfast danishes. The housekeeping staff was awesome!!!! Even though we weren’t informed of there being no daily room service, so thank you to housekeeping for helping quickly!
Disliked: It was okay. The toiletries helped with 7 rating. The French toast was awful and needed sugar and salt, the fact that there’s no room service daily also hurt and the fact that we were assigned a King bed and told we were “upgraded” when we paid for 2 Queen beds was not okay. We were give. What we selected and PAID for after the correction. The housekeeping staff was great, especially, who we think was a manager. Helpful, kind and caring. The breakfast quesadilla’s weren’t all that flavorful either. The cook also contributed to the 7. He never smiled and acted like it was a chore to be there. He wasn’t rude, just not very friendly. There needs to be a restaurant or something in house. Checking in late in the day, the only option was the Burgerfly next door. Though it was flavorful, for the most part, paying $40 for two burgers was NOT planned. The bedding and mattresses were fine. Wasn’t instructed on how to use the lights or why we had 3 room keys and had to go back downstairs to wait in line to find out we just needed to add the key into a slot by the room door. That was fun. Overall, room was clean, hotel was clean, the aromatherapy hits you and is pleasant both in the halls and right outside the building and the price per night for the area was okay. Fix the breakfast! Thank goodness for fruit and danishes.
