Nice and comfortable, just got...

Disliked: Got overcharged and don’t know what for

Very good stay.

Liked: Everything about this hotel was good. Location, staff, cleanliness.
Disliked: The only thing it may need a bit of improvement is the Breakfast. A few more choices of hot dishes and more cheeses and fruits.

Excellent choice for our 35...

Liked: The location was excellent. The staff was amazing. Madison was extremely helpful and accommodated all our needs. Chef did a great job at breakfast.
Disliked: Both the hot tub and ev charger were out of service.

Liked: Staff was very helpful. We extended our stay with no hassles.

Wonderful front desk staff, nice...

Liked: The location was walkable. The mini kitchenette.
Disliked: The bathroom in the room provided no space to put your toiletries. We had to purchase a shower caddy just to hold our soap and shampoos. I did not like the fact that housekeeping did not pick up the garbage everyday, totally unsanitary.

Horrible. Woke up in the...

Disliked: Somebody barged in our room in the middle of the night disturbing our sleep and make us worried what on earth just happened. We were worried of our safety. We called the front desk and she told us we were not checked in?! How did that happen, when I checked in and they even gave me key cards. It turned out that it was the front desk personnel’s mistake and that they gave out another key to a guest checking in. Their mistake for not properly checking us in. They said they gave us a refund? But never received it till now. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone again. Safety of the guests should be their priority.
