Excellent hotel with complimentary great...

Liked: The complimentary coffee in lobby. The ice cold water and cups at the elevator. I liked the always stocked basket of good green apples. The cleanliness of the lobby. The central location: near grocery store (sprouts), fast food (pollo loco), skiing (mt rose).
Disliked: They didn’t stock our bathroom with shower gel or shampoo. No room housekeeping until the third day.

Would do it again any...

Liked: The hotel is very clean and organized.Staff is also friendly and makes you feel welcomed. There are a variety of businesses located within a few blocks for any last minute shopping/food necessities.
Disliked: When we arrived, the person who helped me at check in, made a mistake with my last name and this caused a bit of a mix up about payment. This is probably the only thing that bothered me during this stay but regardless, she was very professional and friendly the entire time and apologized once she realized her mistake.

Exceptional

Liked: It was an unexpected surprise to have such a wonderful hotel that is smoke-free and close to our family. We had a one bedroom suite with a kitchen, island, and a living area with a hide-abed. They offer covered parking, walking distance to amenities, and a great breakfast. Very clean rooms!! We'll be back!
