Liked: Excellent rooms and spacious , hot and cold breakfast was very good too .
Disliked: Only downside pool is advertised as heated , it definitely isn’t heated

Disliked: Our room was not freshened up the next day. No clean towels. Coffee bar was not replenished. Bed was not made.

Liked: Your hotel overbooked therefore my family and I were sent to a nearby hotel where we were only offered a king size bed forcing us to have to sleep on the floor and a roll away bed.
Disliked: Book rooms accordingly

Disliked: The scent/air freshener in the lobby was overwhelming and made it difficult for me to breathe as soon as we entered.

Disliked: Limited and expensive parking space.Location is and is not great cause you can walk to restaurants and attractions but it gets crowded and chaotic with that many people walking and driving around.
