Liked: The property was very clean and well up kept. Any request I that I had was tended to in a very promptly manner. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar it was definitely a vibe!
Disliked: No complaints this was a great place to accommodate my entire family.

Good stay but not sure...

Liked: Happy it was pet friendly and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfy!
Disliked: I felt like the staff were not incredibly helpful when checking in with my questions. I also think the elevator needs a sign that indicates the restaurant is accessible from the outside. The elevator buttons were also broken.

Disliked: Paid extra for a sofa bed and couldn't use it because it overlapped the queen bed

After the check in situation...

Liked: Most of the staff was very friendly, clean and neat
Disliked: Had to ask for trash bags there was none in any of the trash cans and had to ask for extra towels and linen for the couch bed there was no extra in the room also upon checking in I booked through booking and the woman that helped me couldn’t see on there end that I paid so I had to pull everything up and show them while the woman beside her was very rude and was saying I don’t know what to tell you you will have to call them and they are not responsible for that luckily the woman that was originally helping me seen where I paid and contacted them
