Liked: Location was great! Room was a bit tight but still ok. Kitchenette was well equipped. Staff at the reception and breakfast were friendly.
Disliked: Furniture, including beds are quite depreciated. It was a big surprise to us that breakfast was served in a premise including a covered terrace which were not heated at all! It was freezing cold and very unpleasant to sit and have breakfast. The cleaning lady was very unprofessional not delivering even the bare quality of what was expected - room was not cleaned properly, no replenishment of shower gel, toilet paper, coffee was made. We had to go downstairs to the reception to get those when needed.

Liked: The mini kitchen in the room was fabulous and the bed was amazing. The staff were all courteous and helpful. Great choice for breakfast- I was expecting just cold continental.
Disliked: The lifts were all little bit of a pain, but we didn't have to wait very long, 5 mins max
