Very nice, comfortable place.

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: Elevators.

Great location for the price will stay here again on our next visit. Room was clean and staff was very helpful.

Fantastic location but like most...

Liked: Location is great, just a few minutes walk from Times Square
Disliked: Lifts were not working and they didn’t provide water on a daily basis

Liked: Very friendly staff. Always ready to find solution and help the guests Superb location
Disliked: The breakfast was of rather poor quality. Insustrial goods. Although I have been warned in advance that one of the 3 elevators was out of order the waiting time at the 2 remaining elevators was some times horrible. Some mornings I went down by the stairs (33 floors)

Liked: Location was Fantastic room was a great size and staff were lovely. Complimentary Happy hour was a great touch to our stay. I would book again if I return.
Disliked: Long waits for the lifts and very small inside. Very busy at breakfast time and not enough space to move around at times.
