Liked: I booked through Booking. However, I was not notified about the deposit. Also, the deposit has not been returned yet. Very bad hotel in terms of money management. You will be faced with unexpected nuances. I do not recommend it.

Liked: Excellent stay. I was very well received and they let me check in early. I would like to especially thank the staff member John for his treatment and friendliness during breakfast during my stays at the hotel. The staff member is very polite, helpful and has a great energy. I ask that he receive this vibrant compliment from Brazil. I will be returning to the hotel soon.

Very decent but house keeping...

Liked: Contrary to what majority says about the elevators I did not experience any issues: it was similar to other high-rise buildings. The breakfast selection is good. The breakfast room becomes crowded quickly but given a breakfast is complimentary it’s no surprise. What was very disappointing is that the maid came at 9:50 am and informed me that my room is already checked-out. I replied that I will leave at noon as hotels policies allow. She came again at 10:20 am and said that my room is on her cleaning list and that I should hurry. I had to defend my right to stay till noon assertively. Never come across the cases when guests are forced to leave so early. If this is approach approved by the hotel management, very disappointing.
