Disliked: they didnt clean the room every day only after one day stay and again one day no and again...this is the new police... the staff clean the room very nice but we think they need to clean every day

paid 400 a night for...

Disliked: LVT floor had gaps between each plank. Bed sagged in the middle from being warn out. guy who painted bathroom got paint all over everywhere. Elevators were full when they stopped so you had to walk down to lobby from 10th floor. ceiling in bathroom was peeling drywall paste.

My stay in Element Hotel...

Liked: I was a bit skeptical about whether I made a good choice when the hotel because the hotel is in a not too busy street. On getting to my room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was neat, big and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Every facility worked very well. The front line staff were very helpful. My only regret is that I didn’t know of this hotel on time. My wife and I will surely visit again.
