Disappointing

Nice rooms but no hot...

Liked: Hard to understand front desk staff. Our room did not have any hot water. They did not compensate. Hotel lost power too. They did not work with other locations to get guests room.

Exceeded Expectations

Liked: Cleanliness was top tier and that goes for the property itself, entrance/lobby, hallways, and rooms. Second favorite thing would have to be the beds… The perfect mattresses.
Disliked: Was not prepared for the charge for parking but it was inexpensive ($12/per night) and VERY necessary as it covered roaming security since there had been recent car break-ins.

Good stay. Clean.

Disliked: The food was weird.

Except for Breakfast everything was...

Liked: Rooms and the Staff are nice
Disliked: The breakfast options could be improved. The bread and bagels were stale, and the fruits weren’t fresh. The yogurt parfait station had some off flavors. The strawberries were sour, and the nuts were rancid. Even the granola had a stale smell. The freshly made omelette was only half cooked, and the coffee machine was broken or malfunctioning. It was leaking water and didn’t make espresso at all. It just made a loud noise and poured a small amount of coffee into the cup.

Liked: Location, breakfast, staff, facilities all were AMAZING!! Very comfortable accommodations! Met a handsome lil guy named Trouble.
Disliked: Better use of the outside furniture.
