Beautiful hotel and location.

Liked: We had a fantastic stay at the Element Hotel in Moab! The rooms were modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our experience even better.Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, we had to cut our trip short and cancel the rest of our stay. Donald at the front desk was absolutely wonderful—so kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful in handling our cancellation. His compassion and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier for us, and we truly appreciate his help.Even though our trip didn’t go as planned, we were so impressed with this hotel and its outstanding service. We will absolutely be back in the future and highly recommend the Element Hotel in Moab to anyone visiting!

It’s kind of funny actually...

Liked: The blueberry sauce for the pancakes was cold.
Disliked: Hospitality. Echoing rooms. Loud truck noise from the road. Elevator bells singing every time someone went up/down that travelled into the rooms. The nearby exit door slamming as folks walked in and out, that sound also travelled into the rooms. Poor quality. Flashing fire sprinkler system right above the beds, poor design.

Disliked: Price is Going Up I wood like to stay there on the weekend to expensive

Liked: Friendly staff Breakfast plate
Disliked: -Broken hot tub -Broken TV in the room -Thin ceiling (could heat footsteps like they were pounding)-Room smelled like hair perm -Dirty floors (not long after I arrived, I wiped some spilled water in the corner and the towel was left very soiled)-Dirty bathroom door (had hand marks and mud splashed on it when I arrived)-No fan option on heating/cooling unit, so no white noise option to block all the sounds
