Nice hotel, did not like...

Liked: The building is new and very pretty, comfortable amenities and great swimming pool and jacuzzi
Disliked: Nobody cleans the room or empties the trash during your stay!!! Isn's that the basic service a hotel would provide?I did not enjoy sleeping on a messed up bed and having the trash cans not being cleared daily. Lesson learned, next time I book a hotel I'll have to make sure it provides standard basic services

Liked: We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Element Moab! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff, especially ERIN, was incredibly sweet and helpful, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed, providing a comfortable place to relax after exploring the stunning Moab area. Breakfast each morning was a great way to start the day, offering a nice variety of options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was modern yet cozy, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities. Would definitely recommend Element Moab to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area. We’d happily return!
