It was a nightmare

Liked: What did I like? Very little, if anything.
Disliked: When I made this reservation, I made it with Booking.com for two nights, then decided to leave a day early and madethe second reservation with Bon Voy. She assured me that the reservation would be linked. Yet we returned to our room on the second day (first day of the Booking.Com) to find ourselves locked out of the room. When we called the front desk from our cell, we were SNOTTILY advised we had to come down and submit a new credit card. We were advised on check-in that we had been upgraded to a suite. Which was filthy and the refrigerator looked like it had been beaten with a sledge hammer. I had verified twice that there was a restaurant and full bar. OH YES there was...with only one girl working in a little alcove. She had no idea how to prepare cocktails. Our food (forget the fancy photos and get real) was junk food served on paper plates with plastic ware. REALLY?? This is a Marriott property. They should be ashamed to have their name on this hotel. We will not stay at another Marriott. EVER. Add to that yapping and crapping dogs and screaming children out of control. Add all of this to two seniors who had to evacuate because of the hurricane and know we were MORE than disappointed.
