Liked: Rooms very clean, beds comfortable
Disliked: The reception checkout used incorrect card, charge 2 different cards and took 10days to sort. Also one person in our group got food poisoning from the burger in the restaurant.

Liked: We had a perfect stay at this amazing hotel. It was so clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was wonderful. We wish we could have stayed for longer, but hopefully we will return again one day. Loved the pool!
Disliked: Nothing - I couldn't fault anything.

Liked: Perfect location in Brickell, opposite the City Centre with lots of restaurants and shops
Disliked: Someone vomited outside our room overnight and it was not cleaned up even when we phoned down. We had to carry our kids and bags over / around it when we went to check out. Absolutely disgusting.
