Liked: Perfect location in Brickell, opposite the City Centre with lots of restaurants and shops
Disliked: Someone vomited outside our room overnight and it was not cleaned up even when we phoned down. We had to carry our kids and bags over / around it when we went to check out. Absolutely disgusting.

Liked: The breakfast daily special was so delicious, close to a High end restaurant. The decoration, the room, I am really sad for not having been able to stay longer, one of my favorite hotels in my whole trip.
Disliked: The building doesn't have any indication of that the hotel is at the 6th floor, so when you arrive you feel kind of lost. In our case, fortunately there was someone leaving the building that helped us.

Liked: Everything was amazing, the hotel is beautiful, the food is good, breakfast was great, pool was very nice, location was great
Disliked: Now to the main part. Bedbugs. I got almost eaten alive by bed bugs in my room and because this is the first time something like this happened to me I didn’t notice the signs right away unfortunately. There was blood on my sheets(which I didn’t think was anything serious at the time) and I noticed bites while I was already on the plane back to my home. Thankfully I didn’t seem to bring any bugs home but I did clean and steam all my belongings including the suitcase. I was in the room 1014. I loved the hotel so much but unfortunately I don’t think I will return anytime soon because of the bugs. This is a very serious issue that they definitely need to deal with especially because bedbugs are some of the hardest pests to get rid of, worse than roaches. I really wish this gets figured out because I genuinely loved the hotel itself.
