Liked: Great bed and well sized room. The restaurant is fantastic, with wonderful staff.
Disliked: The sofa was old, uncomfortable and unusable. The black out blind in our bedroom was broken when we arrived so our room was dark for the whole 4 day stay. We never received any housekeeping, we specifically requested it one day when we were heading out of the hotel. But on our return 5 hrs later it had not been done.

Disliked: The staff does not speak English. Our room was very dirty from the first night. They didn’t provide the crib for my baby even though they promised me to provide it in the email. During the stay I had to ask them to clean my room, because they didn’t clean 3 days, I was even out of toilet paper and all of my trash cans were overfilled.They don’t provide beach chairs and beach towels as they say in the description. Location is far away from the Miami Beach, it’s at least 40 minutes using toll roads.Breakfast is poor.
