Good environment and perfect place...

Liked: The staff were great, clean rooms, comfy beds, nice location, breakfast was nice.
Disliked: The alarm clock in our room was the wrong time, almost making us late.

Liked: The corridors were wide and well illuminated by the sun. I particularly appreciated the 24 hour gym, though the temperature was set too high. The welcoming at the reception was exemplary. As a longstay guest I received a complimentary microwave and two laundry services for free.
Disliked: The hotel was too far away from stores and major attractions..My room was quite small compared with the other hotels I stayed in Melbourne city centre. The air-conditioning was slow in adapting the temperature. The vew from my window was blocked by the nearby building wich was a few meters away (see picture). It too over 3 weeks for the damage deposit to be released and credited back to my account.
