Liked: Location and free breakfast. Dog friendly.
Disliked: We checked in at 8:30 pm. The king room was missing the sofa bed when we checked in and we had to wait 30 minutes for a new room. The lobby was so loud due to a cheerleading convention so it was a difficult check in process. The replacement double queen room had trash in the waste bins and the shower was dirty. We only had one set of towels.

Liked: Rooms and bathrooms were large and clean. Breakfast was good, loved the espresso machine! EV charger on property. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Convenient to UT without cost of staying downtown.
Disliked: Beds were just okay.

Liked: Excellent property in every aspect! Exceptionally clean and spacious! Night staff was very friendly. Great price! Loved the full size refrigerator. Will definitely be staying at this location again!
Disliked: Again we booked a king room and was given a queen and not made aware of the changes but the room was still very spacious and more than comfortable. Day staff was not near as friendly as the night staff and house keeping kept knocking on door trying to get in before 12 which was the checkout time. Breakfast was mediocre and not many choices. Did not have a designated smoking area.
